How does it work?

  1. When you sign up for a life coaching session, you’ll be sent a short survey to share what you’d like to work on, including any goals or challenges.
  2. We’ll schedule a time for a virtual, one-on-one session.
  3. During our session, we’ll use your survey information as a basis for our discussion and work together. You may receive exercises to complete before, during, or after your session depending on your needs.
  4. Afterward, you’ll continue to receive ongoing support.

What is the time commitment?

The survey takes about 5 minutes to fill out. The session itself is about 40 minutes long.

How much does it cost?

It costs $185 to book a life coaching session, which includes your survey and 40-minute session. You can also elect to book three sessions at once, at a discounted rate of $500.
