How does it work?
- When you sign up for a life coaching session, you’ll be sent a short survey to share what you’d like to work on, including any goals or challenges.
- We’ll schedule a time for a virtual, one-on-one session.
- During our session, we’ll use your survey information as a basis for our discussion and work together. You may receive exercises to complete before, during, or after your session depending on your needs.
- Afterward, you’ll continue to receive ongoing support.
What is the time commitment?
The survey takes about 5 minutes to fill out. The session itself is about 40 minutes long.
How much does it cost?
It costs $185 to book a life coaching session, which includes your survey and 40-minute session. You can also elect to book three sessions at once, at a discounted rate of $500.
