WILDKEPT Circle

WILDKEPT Circle is a free, online mindfulness art activity held once a month. Each WILDKEPT Circle has a nature subject to help inspire creative self-expression, and each activity is gently guided to help you achieve a deeper sense of mindfulness, awareness, and self-insight.

The sessions are about 30 minutes long, including a brief introduction, time for making art, and an opportunity to share at the end.

You supply your own art materials: paints, colored pencils, markers, crayons – whatever you prefer! These activities are free-form and not about making a masterpiece (though you may very well create something you love).

The focus is on practicing mindfulness: being aware in the present moment, bringing our attention to your thoughts, movements, feelings, and body sensations. The more you practice mindfulness the easier it becomes to tap into your sense of awareness in daily life, which can help improve your mental and physical wellbeing.
