How does it work?
- When you sign up for an art therapy session, you’ll be sent a short survey to share your goals, interests, and preferences, including what self-supplied art materials you would like to use.
- From there, you’ll be given a selection of art activities to choose from.
- We’ll work together during a scheduled, virtual, one-on-one session that will include your chosen art activity, and conversation to reflect on your work and experience.
- Afterward, you’ll continue to receive ongoing support.
What is the time commitment?
The survey takes about 5 minutes to fill out. The session itself is about 40 minutes long.
How much does it cost?
It costs $175 to book an art therapy activity session, which includes your survey, personalized art therapy activity selections, 40-minute creative self-expression session with instruction and facilitated reflection with your certified practitioner.
