How does it work?

  1. When you sign up for an art therapy session, you’ll be sent a short survey to share your goals, interests, and preferences, including what self-supplied art materials you would like to use.
  2. From there, you’ll be given a selection of art activities to choose from.
  3. We’ll work together during a scheduled, virtual, one-on-one session that will include your chosen art activity, and conversation to reflect on your work and experience.
  4. Afterward, you’ll continue to receive ongoing support.

What is the time commitment?

The survey takes about 5 minutes to fill out. The session itself is about 40 minutes long.

How much does it cost?

It costs $175 to book an art therapy activity session, which includes your survey, personalized art therapy activity selections, 40-minute creative self-expression session with instruction and facilitated reflection with your certified practitioner.
